As widely reported in the media today, the Senate's Kerry-Graham-Liebermann climate bill will be brought forward on Monday, April 26, a few days later than previously planned.
The New York Times reported that the Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is committed to bringing the bill up for debate before the summer recess in July, despite a crowded legislative calendar that includes a supreme court nomination and broad financial regulation package.
